We understand—it happens! If you'd like to cancel an order, please contact team@skoop.lk. If the item(s) don’t work out, you can exchange them or return them for a refund. Plus, domestic return shipping is free.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

We currently deliver exclusively within Sri Lanka. Our standard delivery time ranges from 2 to 4 working days, ensuring your order reaches you promptly and efficiently. For any specific delivery inquiries or assistance, feel free to contact our support team.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at team@skoop.lk. Approved returns will receive a shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.
